Shab get’s off the hook!

You all voted, and about 2/3 of you want Shab to be replaced or have another chance. So he will get another chance. If SHab doesn’t get any better in a week, have Commando e-mail me (he knows my new e-mail address - no one else – and he won’t be telling it to any of you. sorry ) and I’ll come back to set up a new election. But for now, Shaboomboom will continue to lead the ACP.

A few, off-topic suggestions.

Take back Mammoth. It is your rightful server, and no one save the Mods in Heaven can taketh that birthright from thou!

Stop caring what other armies think! This army was born free, and can do whatever the hell it wants. I don’t (and you shouldn’t) care what other armies think about the ACP; it isn’t their army. It’s yours – remember that.

Reorganize the ACP’s ranks and structure. Some suggestion: Roman army organization (legions, sentries, etc.), U.S. armed forces structure (different branches, modern ranks, etc.), or some other, more original type.

Fuse the military and government. If you keep them seperate, they will both work ineffectively. I think that ranks – government and military – should be judged more by loyalty, accomplishments toward the ACP, and amount of time in the ACP. For example, if you choose a Roman rank structure, each legion could control an ACP server (the ACP leader’s legion could control the capital, Mammoth.

I’m tired and babbling. I’ll explain this more in-depth tomorrow.

Confidence Motion

I’m not doing Gov. Elections, Shab is.. You CAN start Campaigning if you have a server in mind, but other than that don’t do anything. (Like getting supporters, a manager, endorsements..etc.). Shab, if this, occurs again, my resignation will arrive. I assure, you I don’t want to argue, but this personal matter, has greatly aggravated me, and I suggest, you discontinue, what you wrote…

Look people:
We have a new administration, meaning that the Coalition Government must be rebuilt.

We have 7 Senators Seats, all for Relection except for Bluespeed.

We have 5 consulate Seats,all for Relection.

A no-confidence motion is to ensure that,the government is intact, and people are happy with their government.

I’m putting this up, due to Oagal and Shab’s struggles. Shab, if you’re reading this,I hope you agree we need a distraction from this retarded arguing, so elections will start Thursday!

Remember, we have our parties:
Democratic, Conservative,Independant,and Coalition.

You probably know the others, but Coaltion is the Governents party.

To get a major bill passed, you must have the necessary votes. Major bill includes : Impeachment, Invasion, and anything else found really important.

I’d also like to adress the ACP Boot Camp. http://acpbootcamp.wordpress.com It’s where our newest soldiers are trained, I used to head it, but we need a new leader, who’s active because I doubt if I can maintain it.Our other leader is Clintos007, but he needs some help, when I’ll be gone.

Jury- Selected randomly from ACP members, cast the votes to decide if guilty or not. Whoever gets this rank, is named Ensign, and is ranked between Brigadier and Commodore.

Oagal, I authored you because I didnt think you were coming back. I didnt ban you on chat, i dont care if you are going to be on chat. I know you started acp but you cant come back with a suggestion and then play it out with acp soldiers. That makes your suggestion an order. I dont care if you make suggestions but please wait for approval before putting them into action. There is a different reason for me not wanting to take mammoth other than my image on the other army leaders. Mammoth is used to see what armys are “noob” armys. Using this, I can decide whether attacks from other armys are important/real or just 2 people saying that they can beat us which isnt important or real.

Also, you have no right to put up a poll asking non acp soldiers what should happen with the acp leader. Even tho the election didn’t influence who the new leader would be, Ankita and I were leading the poll. Our deal was that Ankita would drop out and be a co-leader meaning that the top two people the acp soldiers picked are both leaders.

If you want to talk to me, i want to talk to you, then don’t put up a poll before talking.

Shab’s Edit: I didnt ban you on chat. And yes, I made you author cause i hadn’t seen you in a while and thought that you were gone so I gave you the same power as tomy. The reason I didnt take mammoth is cause its not concidered a neutral server and is used to see what armys are “noob” armys judging by who attacks it. Head was author, now contributer for the time being. Hes not running the site. I dont remember the acp soldiers asking to take mammoth back. I remember many of them agreeing with my noob army theory. And wats with the poll? Can’t you talk to me before making a poll?

Judging by Shab and Head’s less-than-hospitible greetings, I can see a few of you don’t want me here. But judging by the vast majority of all of your greetings, I can see that most of you do want me here. So I’ll compromise: My visit will be through by Halloween.

But in the mean time, I’d like to address a few issues. For one thing, Shab and Head’s  reaction to my visit inticated to me that neither are truly appreciative of their past. It also told me that both are insecure, a quality that no leader should possess, or at least show. Sure, Head isn’t really a “leader” but if he’s helping to run this site than he may as well be. I was also de-Admined and banned on the Chat, presumably by Shab, which solidifies my assumtions about him being insecure.

Also, the current leader appeared to be unsettled by you soldiers’ desire to take back your rightful capital, Mammoth. This gives me the impression that Shab cares more about how the other army leaders view him than he cares about you, his soldiers.

I have a right mind to remove Shaboomboom from office. But I won’t . . . yet. Though I have control over this army when I want to (no matter who’s Admin, I’ve won this site back before), I will not remove Shab. Instead, I will let you, the soldiers, decide what happens. POLL.

I’ll be on the Chat if you want to talk to me (assuming Shab gets enough sense to unban me). I’d especially like to talk to Shab . . .

• I’m from High Senate, or now what is the Consulate (Roman History anyone :p ). We are missing one Consulate, and two Senators. (The senate, will have 7 seats, and to get something Major passed, 5 “yes” votes must be cast.
• For Consulate,  2 “yes” votes must be cast.

Things were resolved. The scandal was found out to be false so there isnt gonna be a war.

Rumours about Mammoth!

Alot of people are saying that: ” Mammoth is tooken over by ______ ” or ” Mammoth is not ours anymore??? ”

This is NOT true. Mammoth is NEUTRAL and is not ours! By neutral i mean that its shared by every army in ClubPenguin.

Here is how it goes:

If it is ACP’S or any armyIt will be GREEN

If it is Neutral It will be ORANGE

If it is not ours and another armies it will be RED

So the rumours are NOT true. Mammoth is NEUTRAL!!

Also, Oagalthorp LISTEN TO SHAB!! YOUR NOT THE LEADER ANYMORE…GO AWAY YOU SAID YOU WOULD GO AWAY ABOUT 9 TIMES NOW!!!
